At this time the fine art image of “The Land of Make Believe” is offered as a museum quality, fine art ink-jet print. Prints are created on an Epson Wide format printer utilizing Epson's archival pigmented ink-sets.
For this edition RDI has chosen to offer two paper choices. Both papers are excellent papers. The difference between the two substrates is in the area of archival rating and presentation.
A Photo Fine Art print is offered utilizing Epson’s Premium Luster paper, sporting a semi-luster surface. The archival rating on this paper is 75+ years. The paper is a bright white and colors are bright and saturated. This version lends it self to being framed in metal or painted frames.
The second version of the print is offered on what is considered the finest fine art ink-jet paper on the market at this time, Hahnemuhle, Photo Rag. This paper is made of 100% Cotton Rag and is acid free. The paper has a smooth water color paper type surface.
The paper is a bright white with out the use of brighteners. This paper handles ink beautifully, with colors printing very bright and saturated. This is a more classic presentation and is suitable for framing with wood, gold or most other frame types. . This paper and ink combination is rated at 200+ years archival.
Both versions offer saturated colors and excellent color stability for years of enjoyment.
